Description
The TurboDoma medium is a minimal nutrient mixture for the protein and peptide-free selection, routine maintenance and cryopreservation of cholesterol-independent myeloma and hybridoma cells, including the Sp2/0-TurboDoma, P3X63Ag8.653-TurboDoma, and NS0-TurboDoma cell lines. The medium can be used to routinely grow cells in static or agitated culture systems such as tissue culture flasks, spinner flasks, shaker flasks, roller bottles, membrane reactors, stirred fermentors, and hollow fiber reactors.
- Free of proteins, peptides, complex additives such as albumines, hydrolysates and yeast extracts
