RBC Lysis Solution is used to lyse and remove red blood cells (RBC) from whole blood samples. Blood DNA or RNA is then extracted from the white blood cells (WBC) using AquaGenomic Solution, for genomic DNA extraction, or AquaRNA Solution, for DNA, RNA or protein extraction.
