The Miracle-AutoXT Automated Nucleic Acid Extraction System is designed to increase efficiency in your laboratory operations. Up to 32 samples can be processed simultaneously, with extraction completed in as little as 20 minutes. Time-consuming pre- and post-processing steps are no longer needed, as lysis, washing, and elution occur at the same time.
The system provides high yields of high purity DNA and RNA. A built-in heating block optimizes reactions and provides consistency in results regardless of environmental conditions. It also reduces EtOH contamination in the elution stage.
The Miracle-AutoXT system functions by magnetic bead-based extraction, in which a magnetic bed moves during operation and automatically extracts nucleic acids. With automated extraction, you can avoid errors between users and minimize cross-contamination. A UV lamp prevents further contamination. This machine is easy to use with a self-check mode and simple updates.
For added convenience, we also offer the AutoXT PGS DNA/RNA Extraction Kit designed for use with the Miracle-AutoXT System. This kit provides all reagents required for extraction and prefilled cartridges or well plates.
