We offer a range of CRISPR vector systems for gene knockout, activation, and repression. Available formats include sgRNA-only vectors, Cas9-expressing vectors, CRISPRi (dCas9-KRAB), CRISPRa (dCas9-VPH), and tetracycline-inducible constructs. Vectors are available with multiple promoter options and a variety of fluorescent reporters or selectable markers, including GFP, RFP, puromycin, blasticidin, hygromycin, neomycin, bleomycin, and Thy1.1.
All vectors are supplied as linearized cloning-ready constructs (500 ng), sufficient for 50 cloning reactions.
