Description
These ready-to-use dCas9-VPH expressing constructs ensure optimal expression for transcriptional activation. The constructs only contain one selection marker, either antibiotic-resistant gene or fluorescent protein. Multiple promoter options are available enabling flexible CRISPRa applications across a range of cell types.
Available formats include 6 CRISPRa dCas9-VPH vector configurations, offered as either 25 µg plasmid DNA or pre-packaged lentiviral particles at 1 × 10^6 TU. Vector options include constitutive dCas9-VPH expression driven by CMV, EFS, RSV, or SFFV promoters with selectable markers (Blast, Puro) or a TagGFP2 fluorescent reporter.
