Description
The EpiMelt Real-Time PCR Mastermix, is optimized for use with EpiMelt Methylation Detection Assays and Controls. This Master Mix is a high-specificity, ready-to-use reagent for real-time Hot-Start PCR for melting analysis. Aside from the DNA template and primers, the EpiMelt Master Mix contains all components required for real-time PCR, including the EpiMelt Hot Start DNA Polymerase.
This mix uses a novel dsDNA intercalating dye for inhibtion-free PCR and is tested for performance with MS-HRM technology. This mix is robust and offers high reproducibility across Real-Time PCR platforms!
