Description
Fast Bst Polymerase Warm-Start is a recombinant DNA polymerase from Geobacillus stearothermophilus with aptamer-based warm-start technology to minimize non-specific amplification at room temperature.
Optimized for isothermal amplification methods like LAMP and SIBA, it offers high strand displacement activity, inhibitor tolerance, and a broad operating temperature range (55–70°C), with optimal activity at 65°C. This glycerol-free enzyme supports real-time monitoring with intercalating dyes and is compatible with portable instruments, making it ideal for rapid and robust nucleic acid isothermal amplification.
