Description
This ready-to-use human genome-wide sgRNA library is designed to inactivate or inhibit gene expression. The CRISPRi (CRISPR interference) sgRNA Library targets nearly 19,000 human protein-coding genes, with 5 sgRNAs per gene. Unlike a CRISPR knockout, the induction is reversible since it does not alter the underlying DNA structure. This library provides a tool for identifying candidate therapeutic targets involved in the regulation of growth, differentiation, disease pathogenesis, and other biological responses. Available formats include 200 ug plasmid and pre-packaged viral libraries at 2 x 10^8 TU and 1 x 10^9 TU.
- Designed to work with deactivated spCas9 (dCas9) complexed with the KRAB repressor to inactivate or down regulate gene expression
- Library includes 3700 non-targeting sgRNA controls
