Description
The LiliF® ASFV Real-time PCR Kit detects the presence of African swine fever virus by quantitatively detecting the p72 target gene.
The LiliF® ASFV Real-time PCR Kit utilizes the primers and probes of the ASFV standard diagnostic method, presented by the World Organization for Animal Health (WOAH) and is optimized with our 2x PCR mix.
This kit demonstrates excellent sensitivity and specificity with samples such as whole blood, serum, and tissue! Further, this kit showed no cross reactivity when tested against 7 similar diseases and demonstrated no interference reactivity to exogenous or endogenous interfering substances.
The inclusivity performance of this product was validated using DNA and URL-ASF reference DNA for genotyping. Additionally, this product offers a detection limit of 2.5 copy/uL.
This kit also includes internal positive controls (IPC) that do not affect target detection. By adding specific primers/probes, IPC detection can be confirmed regardless of target amplification, making it easy to confirm the validity of your PCR!
