Medix’s qPCR probes and mixes provide sensitive, robust, and fast amplification for a wide range of DNA and RNA targets. Designed with antibody-regulated hot-start Taq DNA polymerases, optimized buffers, and stabilizers, these mixes ensure efficient amplification in singleplex and multiplex assays. These mixes and probes include intercalating dye mixes, universal probe mixes compatible with TaqMan and Scorpions, one-step RT-qPCR mixes with thermostable reverse transcriptases, a high-fidelity library amplification mix, and isothermal amplification solutions. Lyophilization-ready formats are also available for convenient room-temperature storage and transport.
