Description
The next generation of real-time PCR solutions. RealMOD™ Green T² 2X qPCR Mix is optimized for DNA/cDNA target detection! To decrease non-specific amplification and low-concentration sample dropouts, a next-generation antibody-mediated Hot Start Taq polymerase is used. Furthermore, the mix guarantees absolute data integrity for critical research and molecular diagnostics due to integrating specialized enzyme stabilizers with a high-performance buffer system.
The Master Mix contains all the components necessary to perform qPCR: Taq DNA Polymerase, ultrapure dNTPs, MgCl2 and SYBR Green I dye. The reagent mix is easy to use requiring only a two-step setup. The user simply needs to add water, template and primers to the 2x master mix. It is ready immediately for thermocycling, eliminating complex preparations.
