Description
The RNASep™ Ultra Capacity Column is 7.8 x 50 mm – used for a variety of RNA applications, load capacity of 4.25 mg total RNA or 2 mg Bacterial IVT.
RNASep™ Ultra Capacity Column is an RNA purification column that uses C18-alkylated polystyrene-divinylbenzene (PS-DVB) copolymer microspheres for high performance nucleic acid separations. These columns deliver significantly increased loading capacity, enabling more efficient small scale RNA purification workflows, with a binding capacity up to ~4.25mg. These versatile columns can be used with a variety of HPLC systems for RNA purification. They are also ideal for the development of effective mRNA vaccines and other novel drug candidates.
