Description
Sequencing Taq DNA Polymerase is a genetically engineered form of Taq DNA Polymerase. A modification in the dNTP binding site leads to a higher efficiency for incorporation of dUTP and ddNTPs in comparison with Taq DNA Polymerase. Sequencing Taq DNA Polymerase is recommended for sequencing and cycle sequencing methods and other dUTP/bio-dUTP incorporation reactions.
