Mobicols are mini columns for a variety of tasks in separation, isolation, and purification of biomolecules. These incredibly versatile columns can be used as gravity-flow columns or spin columns, with various filters and accessories offered to customize the columns to your needs.
Mobicols are provided pre-filled with a matrix or empty so you can fill them with the matrix of your choice. Depending on the matrix, they can be used for affinity, size exclusion, or ion exchange chromatography. Mobicols have a capacity of 800µl so they are ideal for small sample sizes. For larger sizes, chromatography columns are offered in 2.5ml, 5ml, and 10ml sizes.
