ReadyTector® Pure is a One-Step-Detection-Solution for Immunoblots enabling immunodetection. It features a speedy, efficient, and effective protocol, allowing you to perform blocking, primary antibody binding, and secondary antibody binding simultaneously, greatly simplifying and accelerating the workflow. ReadyTector® Pure is compatible with multiple detection labels, including horseradish peroxidase (HRP), alkaline phosphatase (AP), fluorescent dyes, and nanoparticles as well as multiplexing approaches. Optimal primary and secondary antibody concentrations must be empirically determined.
